Detection of Rotational Signatures in Stars Candidates to Host Planets: Insights from NIRPS and TESS Observations.

Understanding the rotational signatures of stars hosting exoplanets is crucial for deciphering their dynamical properties and the evolution of planetary systems. In this study, I present an analysis of rotational signatures in candidate Planet-hosting stars using data from the Near Infrared Planet Searcher (NIRPS) and the Transiting Exoplanet Survey Satellite (TESS). By examining variations in radial velocity as stellar activity indicators and rotational modulation in light curves, I found agreement between periodicities in both analyses for M-stars. These findings contribute to the characterization of exoplanetary systems and shed light on the complex interplay between stars and their potential orbiting planets.
