In order to register for the meeting, please COMPLETE these TWO steps:

1. Before March 21, 2025, 10 pm: Complete this PDF file to reserve a room at the inn and send by email to evenements@lacaleauclaire.com.
  Important note:The price indicated on the form includes service charges and all taxes. Participants have until March 21 to send it to Mrs. Léa Guillon (evenements@lacaleauclaire.com). Upon reception of your reservation form, the inn will take the total payment on your credit card of your stay as guarantee. If this payment needs to be taken on a different card, please advise the inn when you send the form. An invoice and proof of payment can be provided on site if needed. Please note that if you share a room for which there is only one credit card on this
  form, this card will automatically serve as final payment for both participants.
