Launched in 2021, Parité Sciences is a pioneering initiative dedicated to fostering gender balance within the scientific and engineering disciplines throughout Quebec. At the core of our mission is the aim to provide educators with straightforward educational strategies, empowering them with research-backed methodologies proven to significantly increase interest among women in traditionally male-dominated fields. Here, we present a one hour version of our training program, meticulously designed for the university sector. This workshop is structured to enlighten attendees about the inspirations behind Parité Sciences, showcase the impactful achievements we've garnered, and introduce the innovative educational tactics you — both students and faculty members — can implement to effectuate a significant and positive change.
