Conference Lodging
We have negotiated a package deal with the hotel for the room and some of the meals during the conference:
- Room for the 10, 11, 12, 13, 14 and 15 July 2011
- 6 breakfasts
- 5 lunches
- One banquet with wine (Note that the conference banquet will take place on Friday 15 July)
- Two coffee breaks per day

Bookings should be made via the hotel webpage or by filling in a PDF form and faxing it to the hotel. Lodging fees should be paid directly at the hotel desk. The instructions for booking are on the pdf file or by internet :

- In the Firms, Companies, Agencies section enter the following information :

- Complete your booking. If you have any special requests, please include it in the "comments" field.
