Description du projet de recherche :
VERITAS is a multi-telescope array designed to study high-energy gamma rays in the 50 GeV to 50 TeV energy range, using the air Cherenkov effect. It's located in southern Arizona at the SAO's Fred Lawrence Whipple Observatory, and is operated by an international team of physicists from Canada, the US, the UK, and Ireland.
